  • Five days, four nights in Costa Rica

    (January 12-16, 2027)

    In Uvita, Costa Rica at a luxury property in the jungle where everyone has their own room, with great food, space to think, and easy access to nature.

  • Structured morning business planning sessions

    Every morning after movement and breakfast, we'll gather for facilitated working sessions. These aren't passive lectures — you'll be doing real planning work: building your annual revenue plan, mapping your quarterly priorities, working through decisions about how to run, grow, and lead your business WELL. You'll also have dedicated time each day for solo focused work on your plan.

  • Afternoon excursions and free time

    We’ll gather for lunch, debrief our morning planning, and then afternoons are yours — either on group excursions (hiking, beach, local experiences) or solo downtime if you need to recharge on your own. Both are welcome here. We designed the schedule with everyone’s needs in mind.

  • Nourishing chef-prepared meals

    Some of the best business conversations happen over meals. We’ll eat our meals together during the retreat – and the food will be incredible.

    Built into our time together are structured opportunities for you to share what's working in your business and learn from what's working in everyone else's. I’ll be leading the business planning sessions, holding the container, and bringing in colleagues and resources where they add value.     This 2027 workbook will guide you through the strategic yearly planning process, with plenty of space for notes and ideas that pop up in your conversations with me and with other attendees at the retreat.

  • 45-minute 1:1 Coaching Session with LPF

    At the retreat, each attendee will have 1:1 time with me to get coaching to talk through your business plan and get direction on the next best steps to grow your business in the coming year.

I review every application personally. I'm not looking to fill seats — I'm looking for the right women. So if I accept your application, it's because I genuinely believe this retreat is the right fit for where you are in your business right now.

That said, life happens. Here's our cancellation policy:

  • Cancel 90 or more days before the retreat: full refund, no questions asked.

  • Cancel fewer than 90 days before the retreat: no refund, but your spot is transferable to another retreat applicant OR to a future year for your own attendance.

You have questions. I have answers.

  • Your retreat fee covers your accommodations for four nights, all meals during the retreat, and all facilitated sessions and group programming. You will need to book your own flight to/from San Jose airport in Costa Rica. The retreat center is about 3 hours from the airport so we plan to book transportation to/from the airport for all attendees who arrive by a specific time. We'll provide detailed travel information once you're enrolled.

  • I ask that attendees are making at least $100K per year in their business, and ideally multi-six figures. The planning conversations and peer dynamic are most valuable when everyone is in a similar growth stage. 

  • Mornings start with optional movement, followed by breakfast, and then our business planning sessions. Afternoons are for excursions, adventure, or quiet time if you need to decompress. After dinner there will be free time for rest or organic conversations. You won't be working nonstop — the schedule is designed so you come home rested, not depleted.

  • I've intentionally booked a retreat center where every attendee will have your own space to stay. I’ve also built downtime into the schedule. Afternoon time is genuinely yours — group excursions are optional, and there will be space to decompress alone if you need it.

  • If you cancel 90 or more days before the retreat, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel fewer than 90 days out, we don't offer refunds — but your spot is fully transferable to another attendee or a future retreat. You may consider travel insurance as an extra layer of protection.

  • Service-based natural health and wellness businesses — therapy practices, coaching businesses, functional medicine or naturopathic practices, massage or bodywork studios, fitness studios, nutrition practices, and similar. If you're not sure if your business qualifies, apply and I'll let you know.
